Easy to use
Activating the system couldn't be simpler or more reliable. You keep a wireless transmitter with you at all times. In the event of an at-home emergency, you press the alarm button to signal the console to automatically call the Emergency Monitoring Center, staffed by trained professionals 24 hours a day 7 days a week. When these operators receive your call, they notify the key people whom you preselected to respond in specific situations: family members, neighbors, friends, or appropriate rescue personnel.

Long transmission range
A long transmission range ensures that you can depend on its signal reaching the console. However, each unit must be tested for range at the individual location. The transmitter is also continuously monitored by the console, alerting you when its long life batteries get low.

Device Instructions

Operators are trained to respond to medical alarm emergencies. Alarm system includes a transmitter of your choice (pendant or wristband). You are monitored 24 hours a day, everyday, by our highly trained monitoring center (UL Listed, FM Certified and DOD Certified). Two Way Voice Feature allows us to speak with you during an emergency so we can determine what kind of help you need. Even if you can’t answer Medical Alert Plus sends help immediately. Your medical alert transmitter is water resistant and will activate your alarm from anywhere within your home. All of our medical alarms are equipped with Backup Batteries in case of a power loss. There is no additional monitoring fee to monitor a second (or even third) person in the home. All of your equipment comes with a Lifetime Warranty. You can discontinue your service at anytime. We ship your medical alarm 2nd Day Air via UPS at no cost to you.
